HLC.pngThe Healthy Living Centre is a new clinic providing innovative new services across a number of disciplines. The clinic provides a unique integration of academic practice, clinical care, education and research, with close links to the Faculties of Nursing and Health and Science.

Utilising the highest levels of expertise across a range of disciplines, the Healthy Living Centre offers the highest levels of patient service in a modern, quality healthcare environment. It's aim is to supplement and address the priority needs and gaps identified through consultation with GPs, the acute sector and primary care providers.

The clinic currently offers a range of counselling and psychotherapy services.

How supportive and efficient was Blue Zinc IT during the intallation process?
Blue Zinc IT has been very supportive from the initial consultation meetings to the installation and training process. Communication and responses to queries and modifications to the software were facilitated professionally to a very high standard.
The software was adapted for the centres services and regular software updates are received and downloaded.
How has TM2 worked for you?
The centre uses TM2 for management of all the services provided in the centre. It is used to manage all diaries, bookings and client activity. All centre reports can be produced including financial reports. The system also enables the administrators to directly invoice and receive payments.

The benefits of TM2
All the centre activity can be tracked by the system from client appointments to accounting reports. The individual Practitioner diaries and room allocation facility provides a clear reporting and tracking of all information required.
Letters option and the client appointment reminders facility are very beneficial component within the software.
How would you rate TM2 support?
Our clinic rate the support provided by Blue Zinc very highly. The response to any queries has always been prompt most helpful and reliable. All staff that have contacted the centre or worked directly with the personnel here in the HLC have been understanding of the centre's requirements and are extremely helpful.
How will TM2 help you in the future?
As the service in the HLC expand and develop, adaptations to the software requirements will be required and the centre believes that TM2 having already provided a high quality practice product which will be most suitable to address any future needs.
The HLC have already recommended the TM2 system to other companies and departments within DCU. The Management chose to use this software having seen the practice software used in a similar service.
