About Blue Zinc
Russell from North Wales says, "We have found working with Blue Zinc an enjoyable and informative experience."
About TM2
"The new TM2 has taken a little getting used to. It is a better product now than before. And in talking to Blue Zinc the future looks mighty interesting."

"I like the enthusiasm of the team at Blue Zinc and have found they are always willing to discuss our needs. They have been very quick to put into practice any changes we have required were it has been feasible."

About the Benefits of a Practice Management System
"The benefits of having our practice management system are too long to list. The time it may take to set up the system can seem daunting, but once done, the time saved on a daily basis in invaluable. We keep all our medical and treatment records on the system along with our practitioners diaries for appointments etc. All our billing for appointments is done automatically and invoicing is easier. Records are interlinked to appointments, billing details and payments - making the administration tasks easy"
About Blue Zinc Support
"No need to say much here... First Class... Nice People!"
About the Migration
North Wales had been using Time Machine, the forerunner to TM2 for about 8 years before switching over the new software.

With regard to moving from Time Machine to TM2, Russell adds, "We had some initial difficulties with the old data within Time Machine but with sterling work from our IT guys and the guys and girls at Blue Zinc, all was surmountable."
