Admissions

When you start a new case/episode of treatment, TM2 prompts you for the basic information you need to record at the first consultation. Many of the fields are configurable, in that you can change what you want to store. Here is an example of what is stored for Physiotherapy:

Body Site - the main classification of the case
Diagnosis Code - the secondary classification of the case, and can be linked to Body Site
Practitioner in charge of the case
Admission Date
Admission Code (for example how they came to be admitted)
Referrer and Date of Referral
Pain Scale at Admission
Injury Cause
Time that the injury has been present
