Consultations

Each time you see your patient you can record the details of the consultation directly into TM2. Move straight from the diary into the consultation record in a single click and record the information you need, even while you are with your patient.

As weill as recording the practitioner, date and time, pain scale and other configurable fields, the real advantage of TM2 Touch comes in the Assessment and Treatment/Modality tempaltes which you can set up and use.



Once you have selected the Body Site (or main classificiation) access the Assessments related to that site to start recording data.

Select the assessment you want to use, and the system will prompt you with the list of questions and answers you need to record your notes in seconds.



Once you have assessed your patient, now record the treatments you administer in exactly the same way, using pre-defined templates which you can redesign or add yourself.



Of course if you want to type in free text, you can do that too, but using the TM2 Touch templates, you no longer need to type and will always have the prompts to ensure that you follow a consistent treatment regime and don't miss anything out.
