In addition TM2 meets the strict requirements of certain professional bodies by allowing the user to close consultations and cases. Closing a case prevents users from making any changes to the data and ensuring data integrity. Users can add information to the notes, but TM2 date stamps the additions and includes the user's name in the notes.
