Although TM2 is not an accounting system it can fully control all your billing, invoicing and payments, and can record your expenditures as well. In fact most users find that the majority of their accounts become fully automated in TM2 and they only have to use their accounting package to calculate year end and tax reports.

TM2 creates an 'Account' for each of your clients and companies so that their financial details are held clearly and are easy to retrieve and report on. You can view on screen, print statements, or view individual transactions. Check outstanding invoices, or items still to be invoiced or billed.



TM2 handles all billing, invoicing and payment functions that you will need, and most of these are automated from the diary so that it happens in your normal working day wthout need to spend more time.
