Billing

Automatic billing is one of the many strengths of TM2. Its flexibility means that you can setup TM2 in almost anyway you want to handle your unique billing situations. Just some of these are:

  • Private patient billing
  • Group billing (corporates, insurance companies etc.)
  • Monthly or Ad-hoc billing where appointments are not paid for immediately
  • Different charge rates for private patients, corporates and companies
  • DIfferent charge rates for first and follow up appointments
  • Unlimited charges can be set up and selected


Setup patient billing


When setup, TM2 will automatically select the right charge for the patient. You can always override the system but users of TM2 find that they no longer have to spend time calculating rates or charges and can rely fully on the system to get it right.

Most billing is done directly from the diary so the act of completing your appointment also bills the patient or company.
