Invoice Wizard

TM2 provides an 'Invoice Wizard' to allow you to automate your monthly or ad-hoc invoicing. This is a very powerful tool and if you currently collate your invoices manually the time you will save will be huge. This is easiest to illustrate with an example:

Let's say you have 20 clients who belong to the same Insurance company who has asked you to bill them on a monthly basis at the end of each month for all their members.

The manual process will have you recording all the appointments and amounts to be billed for each of these people and at the end of the month having to add together all the charges and create invoices for each. Even with just 20 clients, that's a lot of work.

Now in TM2 you set up the Insurance Company and attach each of the clients to it. You select a setting in the company to make it Monthly Invoicing, and then let TM2 control everything.

When you complete an appointment the system knows to bill the Insurance Company, not the patient, and not to create the invoice immediately.

But the magic comes at the end of the month when you run the invoice wizard. Specify monthly invoicing and the system will gather all the outstanding invoices for your patients and produce all the invoices. Not only that, with 1 click you can print all the invoices ready for sending.

But not only that, the Invoice WIzard allows you to select single companies to bill for, bill your private and corporate clients at separate times, set up 'Ad-Hoc' billing for those who are not on a monthly cycle and bill across locations if you have multiple clinics.
