Auto Cancellation Notation

On request, set up your patients to receive cancellation notifications.

It's very simple, if someone wants to be put on a waiting list you enable them in their patient record and make sure they have a correct email address or mobile number.


Then, when someone cancels an appointment, you will be prompted with the names of those on the waiting list. One click sends out an emails or text messages to these prospective clients to let them know that a cancellation has been made. Or simply print off the list to perform the action by hand.
