Core Patient Details

Your patient records are the core of your system and your most important data. In TM2 your records are comprehensive and clear. You can store almost any information you wish on your patients and configure some of them for your own use.

Included in the core information are:
  • All demographic information including up to 3 phone numbers, an email and an alternative address where required
  • Up to 6 configurable fields where you can set the titles and contents of the fields
  • Link patients to Insurance Companies, or other groups
  • Set a patient's invoicing options
  • Record their date of birth with auto-calculate age
  • Record their weight and height with auto-calculate BMI
  • Link to all the important information for the patient, including appointments, cases, authorisation codes, account details, letters and documents and much more
