TM2 allows you to email your patients and other contacts driectly from the application. You can use the simple email links throughout the application to do this.
There are two options for emailing - use your own email application, such as Outlook, or you canuse the built in email functions of TM2*.
Where you use the TM2 built in email, you can create and store your own email templates which can merge data, such as the person's name and address automatically.
The built in appointment reminders allows you to send the appointment details to patients who may be forgetful!
You can also set the system up to send appointment booking and cancelation confirmations.
Email merge to a group of patients is easy with the TM2 merge facility allowing you to send bulk emails, useful for marketing campaigns.
All built in emails that you send are recorded in the patient's document history together with their letters and SMS text messages for future review.
