Whether a patient belongs to an insurance company, a business or a sports club, being able to group your patients in this way is vital to the smooth administration of your clinic.

TM2 allows you to create patient groups of any type and categorise them for easy use.

For each group you can specify a large amount of information including,

  • Default appointment charges when booking
  • Mandatory information (such as needs an Authorisation Code or Policy number)
  • All Stock and Consultancy items which are applicable to this group
  • Invoicing preferences - maybe you invoice them monthly.

You can of course manage the accounts of a group in the same comprehensive way you manage a patient's account.

To add a patient to a group, just change their group status from Private to the name of the group.

It's even possible to book appointments for patients for more than 1 group, or have 1 for their an insurance company and one private - total flexibility in the way your work.



And of course there are full automated invoicing facilites to produce your daily or monthly invoices and reports.
