Letters

Writing and sending letters and documents is a fundamental part of any business. TM2 comes with a built in letter generator which allows you to quickly and easily:
  • create common letter templates for repeated use
  • integrates with your own word processor, including Microsoft Word

Writing a customised letter

  • uses TM2 Mail Merge which allows the system to automatically populate certain fields in your letters. Most information stored in TM2 can be added to your letter templates
  • easy interface for setting up and modifying templates

Editing the letter template


  • patient document store which holds all the letters and other communications you produce for them
  • set up folders within your patient's document store to organise their data
  • import documents of any type into the patients' folders
  • full mail merge for bulk letter creation
