Patient Information

There are always notes that you want to store for your patients.from important medical information to general social information, it is important to record these details to help you best serve your patient needs. TM2 has a comprehensive Patient Information facility which allows you to add an unlimited amount of notes to your patient record. You can create categories for your notes to better organise them, such as a Medical History category and Sports Information category. Then when you receive information in this area, you can add the notes to that category.



Creating new notes or adding to existing notes is easy as with much of TM2. You can mark any note with an alert and it will appear in red at thetop of the screen, or mark it as private and only the author can view it - this can be important where personal or medical information is stored here.



The system always records the date of the note and the user who entered it.
