SMS Messaging

As well as email, TM2 allows you to send text messages to your patients. You can send general text messages, or use the built in appointment reminders.

You can create and store your own text message templates and send the same message to multiple patients if you wish. Select Tools, TM2 options, Lookups and Labels, Other tab, then complete the Reminder Text field.

 

Customised Text Messages

All text messages that you send are recorded in the patient's document history together with their letters and emails for future review.

*The TM2 Text Message function requires the TM2 Text additional Module at an additional cost plus there is a charge per text message sent
