Emails

As well as sending sms text reminders througth the diary to remind patients of an appointment you can also send e-mail reminders as shown.

To set-up an e-mail template through the patients record click on Letters then select the Email tab as shown on the right. From here you can create new templates and use the merge fields within TM2.
