Mail Merge

Full letter mail merge facility allows you to produce bulk mailings for your patients. Combined with the comprehensive search and filtering mechanism and unique Patient List function and you have a powerful business tool.

TM2 also lets you merge to email and send bulk SMS messages to your patients

Once selected in the Patient List, click on the letter to send to all patients, this will then send out an e-mail address to all patients who have a valid e-mail address within their patient record.
