Multiple Diaries

Multi-location functionality is perhaps one of the most useful and clever parts of TM2 and this can be seen no more so than in the diary.

Where you have more than one location, TM2 allows you to create these in the system and have a separate diary for each. All appointments are booked and controlled separately although users with the right privileges can access across locations.



For practitioners who work at more than one location, the diary cleverly allows them to see their appointments across these locations and fades the appointments which are not at the current location to make it clear to the user.



The billing and case functions in TM2 are similarly split between locations and act indepentently for each location, although the patient and clinical data is shared.
