Prevents Double Booking

TM2 will always warn you if you try to book an appointment at the same time as another one even when more than one person is using the diary from different computers at the same time.



However TM2 is a completely flexible diary solution and if you work by overlapping apointment times then this is no problem, as TM2 will allow you to double book if you override the warning. Double booked appointments appear clearly on the diary side by side.
