How it works:
From your TM2 you can easily send a SMS message or appointment reminder with a pre-configured message. This is then delivered to your patient and if they press the ‘Reply’ button and text you back within 1 hour of receiving the message, it will be sent back to you as an email. So perhaps you have an info@yourclinic address, this email will come back containing the message that was texted and you can respond accordingly.
If the patient tells you they can’t make the appointment, simply use the TM2 Cancellation notification list to inform any patients who are waiting for an appointment.
